 Group classes  have a maximum of 15 people per class. The foundation of our classes are based on core strength, cardio, and overall body strength.  Currently there are 16 group training  classes per week to choose from.  
If you prefer training alone or with a friend or family member, try our one of our personal training programs tailored to meet your specific needs!

Monday -  5pm 

Tuesday-   6:00am, 9am

Wednedsay-  6:00am, 9am, *5pm, 

Thursday-  *5pm, 

Friday-   6:00am, 9am,  

Saturday- 8am

* 5pm class is an Xtreme small group training class with 8 max participants. This class is a  "no modicaions"  as in no modifiactions to make  exercises easier. This is not a beginners class
