Cornell Bass

Cornell  is the founder and owner GBC Fitness. He has over 20 years of training experience. His training started off in the  typical  one  on one setting with clients ranging from 13 years old to 80 years old. He's taught weight training at colleges and universities, and he's been a strength and  conditioning coach for Athletic programs at the Univeristy Level. Cornell has a passion for health and fitness and has been training for over 30 years himself.
